Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix your order.

We do not accept returns on these following items: all of our waist trainers & shapers, gift cards, items that are on sale or brought with a promo code, all of these items are Final Sale!


Please be aware once the package is delivered our 14 day policy begins. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date or you won't be able to exchange the item.

All exchanges will be inspected upon arrival and must meet the following requirements:

      - Must have all original tags still attached

      - Returned in original packaging or postal

      - It must be unworn and unwashed

      - It must not have any stains or be torn

      - Must have proof of payment

If any item doesn't meet all of our requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note: The only items not eligible for exchanges are all our waist trainers & shapers, gift cards, and any items on sale or brought with a promo code. These items are Final Sale!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
